Empowering agile leadership

Visit us on Stand 1 at the ASCL Conference for Business Leaders 17th May

We are delighted to be returning as a premier partner to the Association for School and College Leaders' (ASCL) Conference for Business Leaders 2018 being held on 17 May at the East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham - an event which I'm certain will prove to be a fantastic opportunity for school leaders to hone vital skills and to network.

As the ASCL so rightly points out, "agility is a key skill in the armoury of all school business leaders. Adaptability, financial expertise, resilience, negotiating nous and entrepreneurial flair are all skills to harness and celebrate as is the ability to keep staff motivated and develop fresh approaches to manage ever-challenging circumstances". The conference will explore agility in business leadership, now and looking to the future, and how to successfully navigate challenges at a time of rapid sector change, of growth in collaboration, and financial and resourcing challenges not seen for decades.

On stand 1 we are offering a one-stop-shop providing all the essential information on how to develop and retain a happy and loyal workforce. Our new Partnership module, specifically designed to help school leaders in MATs and federations, allows SLTs to organise, manage and evaluate staff performance and quality assurance easily online across the whole school networks.

Partnership also allows schools leaders to produce reports using aggregated evidence-based data and review the impact of strategic decision making whilst allowing schools to maintain their autonomy alongside agile structures to ensure accountability and visible supportive frameworks.

Additionally it helps schools to reduce costs and save money making it easy to view expertise across a network and for SLTs to barter and exchange personnel, swapping say a P.E. specialist for a music specialist. Schools are then able to utilise the skills they have within their network and teachers are able to use their key talents to benefit a greater number of pupils, ultimately improving teaching and learning.

Our Partnership pricing model offers great value for money and is free to MATs and federations whose school network subscribes to BlueSky.

We look forward to telling you more on the 17th May. Visit us at stand 1 for more information on Partnership and how we can support agile leadership and performance management in your school.
