OTSA and the National College of Education (NCE) are delighted to invite educators from across Oxfordshire (and the surrounding areas) to an Open Evening to explore our new and exciting professional learning journey. The evening will explore how schools can use the apprenticeship levy to support their staff to take advantage of these funded programmes: Future Leaders (Duration - 12 months) Who’s it for? For first line managers working in schools in teaching and non-teaching roles • Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship • Level 3 Diploma in the Principles of Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute Cost £4,500 per participant funded using your school or trust's Apprenticeship Levy Funds ______________________________________________________________________________________________ Education Management Programme (Duration – 18 months) Who’s it for? Current middle leaders and aspiring senior leaders who want to learn how to lead and manage larger parts of their organisation. • Level 5 Departmental and Operations Manager • Membership of the Chartered Management Institute Cost £7,000 per participant funded using your school or trust's Apprenticeship Levy funds ______________________________________________________________________________________________ Senior Leadership Masters (Duration – 24 months) Who’s it for? School Leaders on the leadership pay scale • MA in School-based leadership and management • Level 7 Senior Leaders Masters Degree Apprenticeship Cost £18,000 per participant funded using your school or trust's Apprenticeship Levy funds _______________________________________________________________________________________________ This is a fantastic opportunity for professional development that cannot be missed!
