    Course description

    Using the principles of Covey’s “7 Habits of Highly Effective People” this programme (over two days or 6 twilights) will help you explore the powerful changes you need to make in self-leadership before you can effect sustainable change in a school. This programme focuses on “self” not “stuff” and so is applicable to staff in all settings, support and classroom focused. A flyer with the dates for the current cohort can be seen in the attached.
